Abstract: A stray puppy was presented with a deep, open, and suppurated wound on the right hind limb and a lacerated wound on the abdomen following a road traffic accident. Because the animal was a stray, conventional therapies were limited. Homoeopathic remedies of
Arnica montana 200,
Silicea 200, and
Calendula officinalis Mother Tincture were administered, accompanied by regular external wound cleaning with sterile saline and Povidone-Iodine solution. There was significant improvement after two weeks, and it was completely healed after 3 weeks. This case report contributes to the evidence that homoeopathic remedies have a positive effect on wound healing and suppuration in veterinary patients.
