Goals and policies of national development

Abstract: Every country's constitution is its fundamental law, and it contains several provisions that determine the government's structure, citizens' rights and obligations, and the relationship between the government and its citizens. In addition, the constitution serves as a source of the necessary guidelines for the country's national development, and our Indian Constitution is no exception, incorporating various provisions necessary for post-independence national development. In this chapter, many aspects that complement the concept of national development have been discussed.
