Author(s): Amrit Nindania and Manoj Kumar
Abstract: Haryana has seen tremendous socioeconomic transformation over the last forty years, with the emergence of new social strata with corresponding demands and expectations. Social mobility has risen as a result of transportation, information technology, higher education, and enhanced employment-based government programs and aid. In order to create a multi-sectoral development plan that takes into account the most recent deficiencies and priorities, a baseline survey was carried out in Hisar, one of the minority-concentrated districts in India that lags behind in terms of socioeconomic indicators. The dynamic interactions and socioeconomic advancements among the several facets of Haryana society are examined in this essay. Since the researcher is from District Hisar, he carried out this investigation on his own time. The study's primary objective is to examine the social and economic growth of Hisar, Haryana.
