Abstract: In an era where digital connectivity shapes behaviour and influences decisions, social marketing has emerged as a powerful tool for driving positive societal change. Unlike traditional marketing, which primarily aims to sell products or services, social marketing focuses on promoting ideas and behaviours that benefit individuals and communities. From public health campaigns that encourage vaccination to environmental initiatives that promote recycling and sustainable living, social marketing plays a critical role in shaping public attitudes and actions. This article explores the growing influence of social marketing, examining how it not only raises awareness but also fosters long-term behavioural change, ultimately contributing to a more informed, responsible, and engaged society.
