Abstract: This paper takes the health-care livability of Panzhihua City as the research object, comprehensively using various methods such as literature research and field investigations to deeply analyze its current status and influencing factors. The study finds that Panzhihua has significant advantages in health-care livability, relying on its subtropical dry-hot valley climate, high forest coverage rate, high-quality medical resources, rich cultural and entertainment facilities, and gradually improving infrastructure. Policy support, economic development, and the dissemination of characteristic culture can further promote the development of the health-care industry and enhance livability. However, problems such as insufficient transportation routes and unreasonable layout of public service facilities still exist. Based on this, this paper proposes strategies such as optimizing the policy support system, strengthening industrial integration, and enhancing cultural brand construction, aiming to provide a scientific basis and practical guidance for the high-quality development of Panzhihua’s health-care industry and the improvement of the city’s health-care livability level.
