This paper examines the growing body of research on the human microbiome, highlighting its impact on processes such as digestion, immunity, and mental health. The article also explores the relationship between dysbiosis, an imbalance in microbial communities, and its contribution to the development of various diseases, including gastrointestinal disorders, metabolic syndromes, and mental health conditions. Lastly, this research addresses the potential therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating the microbiome to promote health and prevent disease.
