A study of factors affecting employee engagement in business organizations

Abstract: An engaged workforce may enhance employee morale, retention rates, and productivity. This research examines many factors affecting employee engagement, including company culture, work satisfaction, leadership buy-in, and possibilities for advancement. The study reveals essential aspects that promote a dedicated and motivated staff via a review of organizational procedures and employee feedback. The study identified a clear association between heightened engagement and opportunities for career advancement, established recognition frameworks, and transparent communication channels. Utilizing the study's findings, firms may enhance their workforce's engagement and efficiency.
