Abstract: This research above combines the effects of behavioral and organizational forces on the performance of workers in the Indian sectors. The work identifies the behavioral traits and key determinants of employment processes and satisfaction through the application of the data-driven statistical reduction methods such as ANOVA, multiple regression, Pearson correlation, and Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Organizational factors that were rated according to the satisfaction indices included the physical working environment, the rules of promotion, and the benefits of leaves; PCA revealed that the physical working circumstances exerted the highest effect. Once the cognitive, emotional, and physical components of behavioral engagement had been factored out, cognitive engagement was found to raise the best estimate of work success. Although the correlation matrices pointed to job mismatch and recognition as department-specific cases, regression studies showed that it is possible that engagement levels explain 86 percent of the variation of performance. ANOVA revealed that there were significant variations in performance when different levels of involvement were reached, and this indicated the applicability of using holistic engagement tactics. As per the results of the study, to gain the most out of employee performance, workplace procedures that have been put in place must be complemented by the levels of personal involvement. These results are valuable information to industrial managers, human resource strategists, and policymakers concerned with sustainable productivity in an Indian economic landscape that is rapidly changing.
