Abstract: Teachers are crucial nodes in the educational system's web; they form and make education. In its most basic form, teaching is a moral endeavour whose purpose is to facilitate the development of others. The widespread nature of the issue and the fact that our conception of teachers and instruction shapes our future pursuits both contribute to the pressing need for further information on the subject. Being an educator requires a certain set of experiences, training, and personality attributes that are not shared by other people. A number of demographic factors, including gender and types of institutions, are taken into consideration in this research to investigate the extent to which secondary school teachers are satisfied with their jobs. The primary focus of the study being conducted is on determining whether or not the socio-demographic parameters indicated above have an effect on the attitudes of educators. There were one hundred fifty secondary school teachers from various Ranchi schools that were selected via a random selection process. Data collection was accomplished via the use of the Ahluwalia Teacher Attitude Inventory. The data are evaluated and comprehended via the use of both inferential and descriptive statistics. Based on the data, it was determined that none of the characteristics stated above had a significant impact on the perspectives of secondary school instructors about classroom practice.
