Vedavyasa’s Vision: Shaping Indian literature, spirituality, and cultural heritage

Abstract: This Paper examines the very great legacy of revered sage of Indian tradition, Vedavyasa whose enduring influence on literature, spirituality and Indian heritage. Known for authoring the Mahabharat, curating the Vedas, and composing the Bhagavad Gita, Vedavyasa’s work offer not only literary achievements but also rich with ethical, spiritual, and philosophical insights which define Indian cultural Identity.This study explores Veda Vyasa’s literary influence analysing timeless themes of duty, justice, and self -realisation which conveyed moral and spiritual guidance to Indian societies for centuries. Furthermore, his spiritual guidance likewise the paths of Karma, dharma and justice emphasises his impact on the concepts of dharma, karma and Moksha to find liberation. Eventually, the paper delves into Vyasa’s cultural impact on Indian rituals, and guru sishya tradition. By Conceptualising Vedavyasa’s enduring influence on Indian social values and cultural, literary, and philosophical studies. This research highlights the way in which his teachings offer universal guidance and inspire contemporary cultural, literary, and philosophical discourse.
