This exploratory study delves into the complex landscape of women's leadership, addressing the gender issue that persists in various sectors. It examines gender disparities, barriers to entry, and the impact of organizational culture, highlighting the role of mentorship, policy, and inter sectionality. Success stories inspire recommendations for promoting sustainable leadership, with a global perspective on the evolving role of women in leadership positions.
