Abstract: The high levels of stress at work affect employees’ welfare, work output, and desire to stay at a company, leading to big problems in HR and marketing industries. Looking at stress-related issues in different fields and work environments, this research examines how well stress management techniques work. The study relied on both econometric methods and the analysis of data taken from research journals and other secondary sources. Work overload is the worst factor, and analysis reveals that higher levels of stress factors are strongly linked to more severe problems with one’s work performance. It is important for organizations to plan mindfulness sessions and flexible work, according to the gap analysis. According to the study, the best strategies include employee engagement and setting realistic goals. They have been assigned the label “Stars” in the matrix, meaning more consumers adopt and like them. The coping mechanism index indicates that even though professional counseling is adopted by fewer people, it has the strongest effect in decreasing stress for each individual. Company leaders should consider implementing the same guidelines for all staff, helping everyone understand stress management, and using AI to predict possible stress. Researchers should investigate repeated patterns of stress experienced by employees, making use of large data resources.
