Study on teachers' professional qualities on secondary school Students' academic achievement

Abstract: In this study, teachers' personalities were compared to pupils' academic performance in Bihar State, India. Two teachers from each of fifty randomly chosen secondary schools were chosen to represent the respondents. The study's findings revealed a significant positive correlation between teachers' attitudes and students' academic achievement, as well as a positive correlation between teachers' methods and students' academic achievement, a positive correlation between teachers' experience and students' academic achievement, and a positive correlation between teachers' classroom management and students' academic achievement.
