Abstract: An unsafe work environment significantly impacts employee well-being, company viability, and productivity. This research examines many factors contributing to risky work environments via case studies in healthcare, education, construction, and business. This study examines how bullying, discrimination, and insufficient psychological safety contribute to workplace unhappiness, burnout, and turnover, using real instances and theoretical frameworks from organizational behavior, human resource management, and nursing ethics. The study emphasizes legislative changes, sustainable human resource practices, and supportive leadership as strategies for cultivating more inclusive, healthy, and performance-driven workplaces. This research seeks to assist management, HR, and healthcare leaders in improving employee outcomes by emphasizing the identification and elimination of detrimental conditions.
