Abstract: Whether or not the obligation rewarded for the endurance which is not included in Shariah verdict, there is ambiguity which the associated problems remain unsolved in the social society. Likewise, the Shariah verdict of an action is also unclear which is religiously unwanted but done by the obliged for greater reward.
For the purpose to clear the above ambiguities with use of recent scientific and academic findings, the topic is taken under study. The objectives of the study were to understand that whether or not the obliged is rewarded for an action which legitimately/religiously not assigned to him/her, as well for the same issue, to find greater and the obvious verdict in the light of Prophetic Ahadith science, theology and the principle of jurisprudence. With completion of these objectives, the research will be able to remove the ambiguities and can be responsive to the existing condition in the social society. For this research, library and literature review methodology is used.
As a result of the study, it can be stated that there is no reward to oblige for the action which is religiously not necessary. Because the intended intention of the obliged is contrary to the intention of Allah. Whenever the intended intention of oblige is contrary to the intention of Allah, the action is void. Therefore, the obliged will not be rewarded for bearing of this hardship.
